Participation to the Track Day is XXX€ for the members of the 7RCB, KCC, SSCNL and CRAC.
Non members pay XXX€.
This price includes an individual insurance.
Inscriptions will be closed on XXX (inscription + payment).
After that date inscription is only possible on the track itself @ XXX€, if there are places left.
Remember: FULL is FULL
A limited quantity of passengers will be allowed – they pay XX€ for inscription & insurance.

1. TIME TABLE (More detailed info will follow)
XXX – F62130 Saint Pol Sur Ternoise.
08:00 - 08:45 inscription + technical control
08.45 - 09.00 briefing
09.00 – 12.00 on Track
13.00 - 18.00 on Track
Please, try to be there in time!!! Participants arriving after 08.45 hrs will have the possibility to get their inscription documents and to pass the technical control, but only when the responsible persons from the organisation are available. (this is, when they are not driving on the Track themselves).
2. LOCATION
From Calais à take A26 autoroute. Leave at Lillers exit and follow signs St Pol Sur Ternoise.
From Kortrijk à take E17 to Lille à take A1 Autoroute du Nord till before first “Péage” (exit 16).
Take N50 and then N17 to St Pol / Le Touquet. Then D260 St Pol / Le Touquet. In Ste Catherine take N39, and follow “Circuit Automobile” signs.
3. HOTELS

4. CAR & DRIVER
De wagen dient voorzien te zijn van volgende zaken:
Sleepoog vooraan en/of achteraan. Plaats aangeven met een rode pijl van ong 4x10cm.
Metalen opvangbak om de carter ontluchtingsdampen op te vangen (dit is enkel op oudere wagens zonder recirculatie!).
Brandblusser, veiligheidsgordel, … slick banden zijn toegestaan.
+ pool van batterij moet afgeschermd zijn (gewoon goed intapen is OK).
Voertuigen worden ter plaatse voorzien van sticker van TC en groep – geen sticker = geen deelname!!
De rijder (alsook de passagier) dient een deugdelijke helm te dragen. Ideaal zou zijn dat deze de naam en voornaam, alsook de bloedgroep van de drager vermeld.
Men dient bedekkende kledij te dragen (armen en benen bedekt). Nylon kledij is uit den boze. Ideaal is een brandwerende overall (zelfs al is die slechts 1-lagig), zoniet kan een mechaniekersoverall in katoen tevens voldoen.In open auto's (Sevens) wordt een arm restraint aangeraden.
De veiligheidsgordel dient degelijk aangesjord te worden.
De deelnemers ontvangen een polsband. Geen polsband = niet op de piste.
Aan de PILOTEN wordt gevraagd GEEN ALCOHOLische drank te verbruiken.
La voiture doit satisfaire aux points suivants:
Oeillet ou crochet de remorquage avant et/ou arrière. Indiquer l’emplacement avec un triangle rouge de 4x10 cm.
Bidon de récupération d’huile en métal, (pour récupérer les vapeurs d’huile au reniflard, seulement pour les voitures plus anciennes sans circuit de ré circulation).
Extincteur, ceintures de sécurité, … les pneus slick sont autorisés.
Le + de la batterie doit être isolé (bien l’enrouler de toile isolante = OK).
Des autocollants du CT et du groupe seront appliqués sur place. Pas d’autocollant = pas de participation!!
Le pilote (et passager) doit porter un casque.
L'idéal serait que le nom, prénom et groupe sanguin y soient indiqués.
Il doit également porter des habits enveloppants (bras et jambes couverts). Des vêtements en nylon sont à proscrire. L'idéal est une combinaison ignifugée (même une combi d'1 seule couche). Une combinaison de karting ou une combinaison de mécanicien (en coton) peut également être considérée satisfaisante. Dans les voitures ouvertes, un système d' "arm restraint" est préconisé.
La ceinture de sécurité doit être bien ajustée.
Il est demandé aux pilotes de ne PAS consommer de boissons ALCOOLisées.
Les participants recevront un brassard. Pas de brassard = pas sur la piste.
The Car needs to have following items:
A Tow hook on the front and/or rear of the car. Indicate the location of the tow hook with a red arrow sticker of 4x10 cm
A metallic oil catch tank for the oil vapours. (to avoid spilling oil on track – only for older cars with X-flow, etc engines).
Fire extinguisher and safety belts. Slick tires are allowed.
The + of the battery has to be insulated (taped in with insulation tape = OK).
Sticker will be apposed on the car after technical control. No sticker = not on track!!
The driver has to wear a safety helmet. Please indicate the drivers name, forename an blood group on it.
The pilot has to wear clothes covering arms and legs. Avoid nylon clothes at all times. Best is a fire resistent overall (even a one layer version). A Kart suit or mechanics suit (in cotton) could eventually do. In open cars an arm restraint system is advised.
The driver should NOT DRINK any ALCOOL during the event.
He will get a wrist band. No wrist band = not on track.
5. SECURITY
Er is een “Head Security” aangesteld. Zijn richtlijnen dienen stipt opgevolgd te worden. Zijn beslissing is onherroepelijk. Elke deelnemer wordt verondersteld het REGLEMENT te lezen, het toe te passen en te eerbiedigen.
Un “Chef Sécurité” est désigné pour la journée. Veuillez Vous conformer à ses directives. Sa décision est irrévocable. Chaque participant est supposé lire le REGLEMENT, l'appliquer et le respecter.
A “Head Security” is designated for that day. Follow his instructions. His decisions are irrevocable. Every participant is supposed to read the REGLEMENT, to apply it and respect it.
6. DRIVING
Inhalen dient steeds LINKS te gebeuren, en NIET in de bochten.
Geef met arm of richtingaanwijzer aan als je problemen hebt of de piste wenst te verlaten. Dit is GEEN RACE!
Les dépassements se font toujours à GAUCHE, et PAS dans les virages. Ce n’est PAS UNE COURSE !
Levez la main ou indiquez avec les clignotants si Vous avez des problèmes ou si Vous désirez quitter la piste.
You are only allowed to take in on the LEFT side, and NOT in the curves.
If you have problems or want to leave the track, please raise your arm or use the turn signals. It is NOT A RACE!

8. CATERING
Op het circuit van Croix en Ternois is catering voorzien. Er wordt de rijders gevraagd GEEN ALCOHOLISCHE DRANKEN te nuttigen tijdens de Track Day!
Au circuit de Croix en Ternois, il y a possibilité de petite restauration. Je demande aux pilotes de NE PAS CONSOMMER DE BOISSONS ALCOOLISEES durant le Track Day!
On Track of Croix en Ternois, there is Catering. May I ask the drivers NOT TO DRINK ANY ALCOOL during the Track Day!
9. FOTOGRAPH
The entitled Croix en Ternois fotograph, will make high quality pictures of all participants, all day long.
So, if you want a nice souvenir of you and your car during this Track Day, go see him at the end of the day and buy your print.
